Due to the nature and size of our furniture products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, you must open and inspect the chair on the same day of delivery.
Customers must take clear pictures of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.
These pictures are required so we can submit a claim with the delivery company.
After verification, a replacement item will be sent.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, as we will be unable to file a claim with the delivery company.
Refunds are not typically issued unless the product cannot be replaced or the claim cannot be resolved with the delivery company.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or scheduled for delivery.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
