Rental agreement

RENTAL AGREEMENT

By reserving rental furniture from Royal Throne Chairs & Furniture, you agree to the following terms:

Reservation & Payment

Your deposit reserves your selected chair(s) and event date.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Any remaining rental balance is due upon delivery before the chair(s) are left at the event location.

Care & Responsibility

You are responsible for the rented furniture from the time it is delivered until it is picked up by Royal Throne Chairs & Furniture.

Furniture must be kept in a safe, clean environment and protected from rain, snow, excessive moisture, and other conditions that may cause damage.

Damage, Loss or Theft

You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including stains, tears, burns, broken frames or decorative pieces, water/weather damage, misuse, theft, or loss.

If damage or loss occurs, you agree to pay the reasonable cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement, up to the replacement value of the rented item.

Delivery & Pickup

You agree to provide reasonable access for delivery and pickup at the agreed event location.

Additional charges may apply if pickup is significantly delayed because the furniture is inaccessible, the venue is closed, or the agreed pickup arrangements are changed.

Rental furniture may not be moved to another venue or address without prior approval from Royal Throne Chairs & Furniture.
